Our workshops are a deep experience of conscious connected breathing, often paired with complementary tools and practices. We have found that by regularly showing up to sessions with the willingness to explore ourselves in an honest, curious, nonjudgemental way, we are able to step into the life we desire with more ease and clarity.

Workshops range in length from 90min sessions to 4hr immersions. All workshops are led by Shenee Alexa, some dates are collaborative classes with other teachers who guide complementary practices. Please read the descriptions carefully so that you are able to pick the type of experience that will serve you best.
