Sessions are 2hrs in length + are available in-person or through video. Each appointment includes various complementary tools that will help re-align your entire being; body, heart, mind + soul, as well as your relationship to your environment + community.

 

Each session is completely unique & distinctively transforming. Many people experience an altered state of consciousness where access to the subconscious occurs, allowing for permanent release of undesirable patterns in the nervous system. Additional tools commonly used are guided journaling / self-inquiry / reflection, neuro-linguistic programming, tapping, vocal toning + mindful movement. The active breathing portion is 45mins in length + is accompanied by activating music, which concludes with a nourishing rest.

Breathwork + Energywork $211

Just as you cleanse your physical body, it's important to cleanse your energy body of negatively charged pollutants that may be causing issues. Using Reiki +/or Pranic Healing, we will clear congested areas of your energy field + open the flow of stuck energy. This is particularly helpful for those who have difficulty getting into the rhythm of the Breathwork or who feel like the same issue is lingering even after addressing it.

Breathwork + Massage $233

Release built up tension + give yourself more time to set your intentions or integrate your experience by pairing a relaxation style massage with your breathwork session. This is particularly helpful for those who have difficulty relaxing during breathwork, or for those seeking to release tightness, pain or stress.

Multi-Session Programs:

Multi-session programs include "homework" suggestions to maximize your results, as well as unlimited email support in between sessions. You will receive additional sessions + group workshops at a discounted rate while enrolled. By regularly showing up with the willingness to explore ourselves in an honest way, we are able to step into the life we desire with ease & confidence. You deserve this!
