We invite you to join us for an Inspiration Activation experience at Astral Valley Art Park!
This beautiful 230+ acre creekside property is in the Missouri Ozarks, about an hour south of downtown St. Louis.
We will be tapping into the creative energy that permeates these grounds as we journey through transformational breathwork, guided journaling, elevated ecstatic dance, mindful movement, sound healing & a community art project.
Opening Ceremony begins promptly at noon on Sunday.
Closing Ceremony concludes at 8pm.
Option to stay late & enjoy fire-dance performances around the bonfire after closing ceremony, by the talented Casey Blaze, & camp overnight with free time on Sunday to enjoy Astral Valley at your own leisure, including two small caves & multiple swimming holes!
Option to receive healing touch massage with Karen McKee on Sunday.

Workshops will be held outdoors, under a roof that will keep us dry in all weathers!
Attendance has been limited so that we will have plenty of space to spread out even when we are all under the roof at the same time. Please refer to your confirmation email on how to best prepare & what to bring!

Shenee Alexa & Sara Catlett
Movement Artist, Sara Catlett, & Breathworker, Shenee Alexa will be your guides for this experiential immersion. This creative duo founded Inspiration Activation in 2018 as a way to combine their passions for yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and nature. They lead an intuitively designed experience for those ready to show up for their own growth & expansion. They hold a safe nonjudgmental space for allowing your deepest expressions of truth to come forth as you align with your most intrinsic Self.

Casey ABlaze
Casey ABlaze (@caseyablaze) is a St Louis based performer specializing in a wide variety of props and is most known for her fire performances. She has been performing for ten years and is always evolving her acts with new props and skills. She is a yoga instructor and you can find her teaching at many local studios in the area. She is also the founder of Sidewalk Sideshows (@sidewalksideshows) bringing fire, aerial, & magic to the streets and sidewalks of St Louis and beyond.
