AWAKEN dormant CREATIVITY
Inspiration Activation workshops are open to beginners, as well as those who are more experienced with various breathwork practices. This is an opportunity to be supported in your own process, as well as connecting others in your community.
Workshops consist of a conscious connected breathing practice, paired with complementary tools. Each workshop is uniquely curated for those present & meant to allow each participant to explore themselves, allowing us all to be co-creators of our own experience.
