About the Event
Gather in Saint Louis' beautiful Tower Grove Park near the Stone Shelter for our "Second Saturdays" mini-retreat. Enjoy the old growth trees and picturesque settings in this Victorian era designed park. Three hours of movement, breathwork, mindfulness & sound therapy amongst the trees, followed by a social hour for sharing a potluck style meal.
